Let’s Build One Global Emergency Communication Standard for Travelers

A worldwide call to tourism ministries, ministries of health, hotel chains, travel organizations, and safety professionals.

Travelers should not be left helpless because they do not know a country’s language, emergency numbers, or response procedures. USCA is leading the effort to create a shared global standard for emergency communication—designed to protect travelers and support the institutions that serve them.

Global Safety Communication Standards for Travelers

Founded by AURONXAI LLC, USCA develops global safety communication standards for travelers and the organizations that serve them — including hotels, tour operators, rent-a-car networks, insurance companies, assistance providers, healthcare providers, telecom operators, transportation companies, and tourist-facing businesses worldwide.

Problem

When tourists face a problem in a foreign country, they often:

do not know who to contact
face language barriers
cannot explain their location accurately
cannot reach their family, insurance provider, tour operator, and hotel at the same time
experience a fragmented and uncoordinated help process

USCA defines this problem as a “communication standard” issue.

Solution

USCA creates a universal safety communication framework for the travel industry.

In practice, this means:

One message.
Instant notification to the right peoples, organisations, counterparts.
Multi-party communication.
Location and identity verification.
Partner-based routing.

A tourist safety communication standard.
